These tobacco pouches are made from patches of printed fabric with a long cotton tie to wrap around to keep shut. Inside there is a pouch for the tobacco bag and a popper closing tab.  There is a slot for papers.  Each pouch has the same printed patches of fabric but placement may vary to photos.
