We accept payment via Paypal or debit/credit card via Paypal. Please contact us if you require any assistance with your payment.

 

Shipping Policy

  1. All items are sent posted FREE to the UK irrelevant of weight/ size.  All our postage is sent with Royal Mail with the exception of large parcels over 2kg which are sent with Parcelforce.
  2. All parcels are sent tracked. A tracking code will be given sent to you automatically once the item is dispatched.
  3. If you need your purchase quicker i.e. Special Delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can sort this out for you.  This can incur an additional charge.
  4. We happily ship anywhere so if you live outside the UK please contact us to ask for a calculated postage cost.  The postage and packaging charges for overseas orders will vary according to the destination.  We ship to all countries. 
  5. All orders are processed within 24 hours and dispatched within 48 hours of payment being made.  We will always contact you if there is any delay i.e. Christmas, strikes, weather etc.
  6. Please be aware that post to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and foreign countries go through customs checks at all boarders and therefore can take a little longer to arrive than mainland UK shipping.
  7. Overseas customers may be liable to charges payable in their own territory with regard to importing from abroad.  We have no control over this.  If you want to know what it is likely to be before you order we suggest that you contact your local Customs Authority for further information.

 

Refund & Return Policy

Rainbow Rebel clothing is sold in many shops in the UK, the USA and by other vendors at music festivals.  The policy below is for purchases from us directly online or directly from our stall at markets / festivals.  However ,if you purchased your item through a physical shop or another seller you need to contact the business where you made the purchase and they will deal with your return - your contract is with them.

We hope you are happy with all your purchases with us but should you have a problem or change your mind please read the following:-

  1. In line with Distance Selling regulations you have 30 days from receipt of your order in which you must notify us of your intention to return part or all of your order for a refund.

  2. All returned items must be unworn other than trying on, unused, unwashed, free from animal hair and smoke, and with any original tags still attached.  Items returned in a soiled condition or without tags will not be refunded as they are considered worn/used.

  3. Overseas customers should not use a courier but return via their local postal service and ensure that the customs form is marked clearly RETURN ITEM/S. Failure to do this could result in an attempt by our customs to charge duty in which case we refuse to accept the delivery.

  4. If you wish to return an item for an exchange please specify details.  If an item is unavailable you will automatically be issued a refund.  Customers will be asked to pay for postage for exchanged items sent out at £4.00 for up to 2kg and £6 or parcels heavier up to 4kg.

  5. Return postage is only paid by us for faulty items.  Items returned due to any other reason are the responsibility of the buyer to arrange and to pay for return postage.

  6. We are not responsible for items lost when on route back to us.  This is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure items are returned to us safely.

  7. Refund will be made through the same channel the customer used to pay and within 2 working days of the return of the item.
