We accept payment via Paypal or debit/credit card via Paypal. Please contact us if you require any assistance with your payment.

Shipping Policy

  1. UK Shipping: We offer FREE standard shipping on all UK orders, regardless of size or weight. Most orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Larger parcels (over 2kg) may be shipped via Parcelforce.

  2. Tracked Shipping: Orders over £10 are automatically upgraded to tracked shipping. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

  3. Express Shipping: For expedited shipping options (e.g., Special Delivery), please contact us as soon as possible. Additional charges will apply.

  4. International Shipping: We ship worldwide! For international orders, please contact us for a shipping quote. Shipping costs vary by destination. We ship to all countries.

  5. Order Processing and Dispatch: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) of payment. Orders placed after 5 PM on Friday or on weekends will be processed on the next business day. We will notify you of any potential delays (e.g., holidays, strikes, weather).

  6. International Customs and Duties: Please note that shipments to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and international destinations may experience longer delivery times due to customs processing. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes. We have no control over these charges. Please contact your local customs authority for more information.

 

Refund & Return Policy

Rainbow Rebel clothing is sold in many shops in the UK, the USA and by other vendors at music festivals.  The policy below is for purchases from us directly online or directly from our stall at markets / festivals.  However, if you purchased your item through a physical shop or another seller you need to contact the business where you made the purchase and they will deal with your return - your contract is with them.

We hope you are happy with all your purchases with us but should you have a problem or change your mind please read the following:-

  1. In line with Distance Selling regulations you have 14 days from receipt of your order to let us know if you wish to return part or all of your order for a refund. Once you’ve told us, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

  2. After notification we will let you know how to return your item.

  3. All returned items must have any tags they came with still attached, be unworn other than trying on, be free from all the following - body odour, animal hair, human hair, deodorant stains, stains, fluids and smoke. Items returned in a soiled condition will not be refunded as they are considered worn/used.

  4. Overseas customers should not use a courier but return via their local postal service and ensure that the customs form is marked clearly RETURN ITEM/S. Failure to do this could result in an attempt by our Customs to charge Duty, in which case we refuse to accept the delivery.

  5. If you wish to return an item for an exchange please specify details.  If an item is unavailable you will automatically be issued a refund.  Customers will be asked to pay for postage for exchanged items sent out at £4.00 for up to 2kg and £9 or parcels heavier up to 5kg.

  6. Return postage is only paid by us for faulty items.  Items returned due to any other reason are the responsibility of the buyer to arrange and to pay for return postage.

  7. We are not responsible for items lost when on route back to us.  This is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure items are returned to us safely.

  8. Refund will be made through the same channel the customer used to pay and within 2 working days of the return of the item.
