Payment Policy

We accept payment via Paypal or debit/credit card via Paypal. Please contact us if you require any assistance with your payment.

Shipping Policy

  1. UK Shipping: We offer FREE standard shipping on all UK orders, regardless of size or weight. Most orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Larger parcels (over 2kg) may be shipped via Parcelforce.

  2. Tracked Shipping: Orders over £10 are automatically upgraded to tracked shipping. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

  3. Express Shipping: For expedited shipping options (e.g., Special Delivery), please contact us as soon as possible. Additional charges will apply.

  4. International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Shipping costs vary by destination and are displayed at checkout where available. If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us for a shipping quote.

  5. Order Processing and Dispatch: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) of payment. Orders placed after 5 PM on Friday or on weekends will be processed on the next business day. We will notify you of any potential delays (e.g., holidays, strikes, weather).

  6. International Customs, VAT and Duties: Shipments to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and international destinations may experience longer delivery times due to customs processing.

    United States (DDP): Orders to the United States are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Any applicable import duties and taxes are included at checkout and no additional customs charges should be due upon delivery.

    European Union & Other International Destinations (DAP): Orders to the European Union and most other international destinations are shipped Delivered At Place (DAP). Local VAT, customs duties, and postal handling fees may be payable upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer. We do not collect these charges at checkout and have no control over them. Please contact your local customs authority for further information regarding potential import charges.

 

Refund & Return Policy

Rainbow Rebel clothing is sold in many shops in the UK, the USA and by other vendors at music festivals. The policy below applies only to purchases made directly from us online or directly from our stall at markets / festivals. If you purchased your item through a physical shop or another seller you must contact the business where you made the purchase, as your contract is with them.

We hope you are happy with your purchases, but if you have a problem or change your mind please read the following:

  1. In line with Distance Selling regulations you have 14 days from receipt of your order to let us know if you wish to return part or all of your order for a refund. Once you have notified us, you then have a further 14 days to return the item.

  2. After notification we will provide instructions on how to return your item.

  3. All returned items must have original tags attached, be unworn other than for trying on, and be free from body odour, animal hair, human hair, deodorant marks, stains, fluids and smoke. Items returned in a soiled condition will not be refunded as they are considered worn/used.

  4. Overseas customers should return items via their local postal service (not courier) and ensure that the customs form is clearly marked RETURNED GOODS. Failure to do this may result in customs charges, in which case we will refuse delivery.

  5. If you wish to exchange an item please specify details when contacting us. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued. Customers are responsible for postage costs for exchanged items sent out (£4.00 for parcels up to 2kg and £9.00 for parcels up to 5kg).

  6. Return postage is only covered by us for faulty items. All other returns are the responsibility of the buyer to arrange and pay for.

  7. We are not responsible for items lost in transit when being returned. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure items are returned safely.

  8. Refunds will be made via the original payment method within 2 working days of receiving the returned item.
