These dresses are made from patches of cotton in an umbrella style so the lower half is floaty.  Suggested fit size 12  - 18/20 depending on your chest size as fabric does stretch as cut on the bias.  Each dress is the made from the same coloured pieces of fabric but placement may vary to photo.
